- Observe and participate in the full harvesting process: collecting, cracking, peeling, and processing chestnuts using traditional methods.
- Learn ancestral techniques from experienced harvesters, handling tools such as the payana, machete, and peeler.
- Gain insight into the balance between local livelihoods and rainforest preservation.
- Schedule: Morning or afternoon, approximately 3 hours
